Thank you for purchasing the UVZone® Shoe Sanitizing Station from Patho3gen. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.
Returns
- Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, special orders, or any item damaged by misuse are not eligible for returns.
- Process:

- Provide proof of purchase and reason for return.

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges and any customized orders are non-refundable.
Exchanges
