Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for purchasing the UVZone® Shoe Sanitizing Station from Patho3gen. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.


Returns

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, special orders, or any item damaged by misuse are not eligible for returns.
  • Process:
    1. Contact our Customer Support at su*****@pa*******.com or call 866-743-6758.
    2. Provide proof of purchase and reason for return.
    3. Once approved, ship the item back to the following address:

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Refunds

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges and any customized orders are non-refundable.


Exchanges
